Who We Are

Precision Medicine Lab is established under the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, HKU. We aim to promote the development of precision medicine in Chinese population. Currently, our major focus is on:

The Hong Kong Osteoporosis Study is the first prospective longitudinal cohort study of osteoporosis and fracture in Asia. We have published >50 peer-reviewed articles using the data from the HKOS, including papers in Nature Genetics, American Journal of Human Genetics, Human Molecular Genetics, JBMR, and JCEM.
